Dive Instructor - Russian Speaking

About the Role

Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. With spectacular azure lagoons and dense jungle at its core, Villa Park is a magical isle open for exploring. Each day invites a sense of escape with exceptional diving, playtime pursuits, and secret dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PADI courses of all levels in a professional and friendly manner in compliance with PADI standards and regulations.
• Guide divers and snorkelers of different levels to sites around the area.
• Manage the dive reception, including guest reservations, diver registrations, and issuing dive equipment.
• Assist in the retail shop, handle snorkeling rentals, and answer phone calls following resort standards.
• Prepare gear for students and boat divers prior to guest arrival.
• Attend daily dive center briefings.
• Participate in guest parties or gatherings organized by Dive Oceanus.
• Support and participate in Project AWARE initiatives organized by Dive Oceanus.

Requirements

• Minimum PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor with renewed membership in active teaching status.
• Emergency First Response Instructor certification.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsers, and email.
• Ability to serve as a professional role model.
• Capability to perform a maximum of 3 dives per day.
• Ability to interact with fellow employees in a calm and professional manner.
