Dive Instructor - Russian Speaking

About the role

Conduct PADI courses of all levels in a professional and friendly manner in compliance with PADI standards and regulations. Guide divers and snorkelers of different levels to local dive sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage dive reception: handle guest reservations, diver registrations, and issue dive equipment
• Assist in the retail shop, snorkeling rentals, and phone inquiries following resort standards
• Prepare gear for students and boat divers prior to guest arrival
• Attend daily dive center briefings
• Participate in guest parties or gatherings organized by Dive Oceanus
• Support and participate in Project AWARE initiatives organized by Dive Oceanus

Requirements

• Minimum PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor with active, renewed teaching status
• Emergency First Response Instructor certification
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browsers, and email
• Professional role model with ability to conduct up to 3 dives per day
• Able to interact with fellow employees in a calm and professional manner
