About the role

Manager for contract requirements in the Eastern District of Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government to discuss technical and security-related requirements through regular site visits to primary and sub-offices.
  • Provide regular site visits necessary to successfully manage contract requirements.
  • Be on site daily and maintain contact with the COR to ensure adherence to the needs of the client/contract regarding manpower and hour usage.
  • Receive and execute daily technical direction from the COR.
  • Maintain and monitor all post performance required by this contract and correct all issues or problems brought to their attention.
  • Keep the COR informed about post coverage, potential problems, and actions taken to correct issues or problems.
  • Make decisions on behalf of the company, particularly on personnel-related issues, and supervise all CSOs and LCSOs working under this contract.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the full CSO Contract to ensure adherence to all requirements outlined herein.
  • Be available to the Government on a 24-hour basis to ensure Contractor response in the event of an emergency or other exigent circumstances.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks efficiently (e.g., timely, complete, and correct) without reliance on or further assistance from the CSOs.
  • Immediately notify the COR of any alleged performance violation or company-initiated investigation involving employees and conduct a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation of the allegations.
  • Ensure all Government-issued equipment and property is tracked, accounted for, and safeguarded until returned to the Government in accordance with approved property control procedures.
  • Prohibited from performing the duties of a CSO or LCSO and shall not be subject to uniform requirements, weapons qualifications, or medical physical requirements.

Requirements

  • Be a citizen of the United States of America.
  • Fluently read, speak, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English.
  • Possess 3 years of law enforcement experience and 5 years of supervisor or management experience involving direct oversight of employees and evaluating employee performance within the last 5 years.
  • Pass a background investigation at a level deemed necessary.
  • Reside within 50 miles of the District’s office.
