About the role

As a District Service Manager at Arbon Equipment, you will be responsible for managing a territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with our technical team to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory, including identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and territory progress.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales and customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or retail industries is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule
