District Sales Manager - Spirit

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and other functions for an average of three stores.
• Oversee the construction and opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A flexible schedule is required.
• At least 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position is necessary.

Qualifications

• The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The District Sales Manager position is a seasonal one, starting in July and typically ending in November.
