District Sales Manager - Spirit

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and payroll
• Recruit, train, and manage employees
• Control expenses and monitor shrinkage
• Construct and operate stores
• Closing and tear down of assigned Spirit stores

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• A flexible schedule
• 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position

Qualifications

• Physical demands requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds

Pay

Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and typically ending in November.
