About The Position

The District Sales Manager is responsible for managing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated geographic zone. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple retail locations with Insurance Producers
• Making and recommending regional sales and marketing promotions
• Hiring and training retail employees/staff
• Assisting in new hire transitions
• Promoting positive attitudes for excellent customer service
• Motivating employees to succeed
• Ensuring company policies are followed and enforced
• Coaching employees on sales strategies and seeking feedback
• Tracking and reporting maintenance/Security issues
• Traveling within and outside of the assigned zone for training and audits

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience
• Current Limited Lines License required (Property & Casualty License preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
• Flexible to work a flexible schedule and travel
