District Sales Manager- Northeast

As an Account Management Manager, you'll use our industry-leading scale and unparalleled commercial reach to make a significant impact across research, clinical, and commercial production markets. You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, support teams, and build lasting relationships with key customers while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This position covers the Northeast region and is based in Massachusetts or New Hampshire.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Support and manage a sales team, focusing on coaching and development.
- Maintain and build lasting relationships with key customers.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure the team achieves or exceeds sales and profitability targets.
- Collaborate across functions to optimize customer solutions.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage distributor and channel partner relationships.
- Implement change and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and data analytics tools for business insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in sales within life sciences, laboratory products, or a related industry (preferred).
- 2+ years of sales team management experience (preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and business analysis capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and pricing management skills.
- Effective presentation and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key customer relationships.
- Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position based in Massachusetts is $95,000.00–$142,475.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
