A Day in the Life
- Lead Team: Coordinate tactical plans for allergy growth within assigned district
- Recruit, Hire, Coach, Lead, Train, Develop: Build a strong, motivated work team
- Develop Strategy: Increase utilization of allergy testing to achieve 100%
- Orchestrate Resources: Act on opportunities for growth and optimized lab utilization
- Grow Territory: Grow territory with initiatives from national and regional reference labs and health systems
- Cultivate Advocacy: Drive sales and market growth by collaborating with customer assignments
- Provide Business Insight: Articulate the clinical and economic case for expanded testing at executive levels
- Participate in Meetings: Attend company meetings for training, product information updates, and sharing field intelligence
- Assist Growth: Assist in the growth and development of the sales team by providing training, guidance, and assistance
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: Required, preferably in Business or Healthcare related field
- Experience: 7+ years sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical diagnostic, medical device sales and/or sales management; OR documented career progression within industry including management development
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of successful people leadership experience

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: Estimated $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year in Illinois
- Variable Annual Bonus: Eligible based on company, team, and/or individual performance results
