Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Clinical Sales Specialists to drive allergy growth
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a motivated sales team
- Develop district strategy to increase allergy testing utilization
- Orchestrate resources for growth opportunities and optimized lab utilization
- Cultivate advocacy and collaborate with established customers to drive sales
- Articulate clinical and economic cases for expanded testing to decision makers
- Provide business insights to enhance customer relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Healthcare
- 7+ years sales experience in healthcare or related fields
- 3+ years of successful people leadership experience
- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
- Ability to travel 60-80% within the Midwest region
