Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Clinical Sales Specialists to drive allergy growth
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a motivated sales team
  • Develop district strategy to increase allergy testing utilization
  • Orchestrate resources for growth opportunities and optimized lab utilization
  • Cultivate advocacy and collaborate with established customers to drive sales
  • Articulate clinical and economic cases for expanded testing to decision makers
  • Provide business insights to enhance customer relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Healthcare
  • 7+ years sales experience in healthcare or related fields
  • 3+ years of successful people leadership experience
  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to travel 60-80% within the Midwest region
