About the role

The District Sales Manager (DSM) oversees a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. Key responsibilities include setting KPI targets, driving sales volume, maintaining communications with retail partners, conducting route rides, teaching selling skills, and leading team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee monthly KPI targets for each Account Manager
  • Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers
  • Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Managers
  • Teach selling skills through role plays, overcoming objections, and retail math skills
  • Conduct regular meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices
  • Build a diverse and inspiring team that reflects the marketplace
  • Ensure the team understands and follows Red Bull's standards and operating procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
  • Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
  • Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
  • English language proficiency; additional languages advantageous
  • Travel 0-10%

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $100,000 + cash incentives.
