Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
- Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
- Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.
- Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- As a District Sales Manager for Champion Window, you must be a successful, confident sales leader who has experience effectively leading sales business.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for your success in this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in-home sales strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required.
- Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting.
- Experience managing Profit and Loss.
- Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations.
