Job Overview

As a District Sales and Operations Manager, you are dedicated to driving both sales and operations with integrity. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and brings a blend of industry expertise and a passion for people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales and operations of up to 12 retail locations within your district.
  • Establish clear responsibilities and processes for your team to standardize operations and measure results.
  • Ensure compliance with United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards, while driving your team to achieve goals despite any obstacles.
  • Coach and develop your team to create a positive, open environment for both employees and customers, focusing on recognition, performance management, and team building.
  • Manage all aspects of people responsibilities, including recruitment, retention, development, and accountability, while addressing district challenges from multiple perspectives.
  • Analyze profit and loss to identify opportunities and performance gaps, build relationships with key partners to support market success, and model high standards of integrity to foster a district culture aligned with United Wireless' core values.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume environment, including supervising associates.
  • 2-5 years of sales and sales management experience.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
