About the role
The District Receptionist will greet visitors, manage the main telephone line, and provide administrative support to the student services department, registrar, and district liaisons.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Manage the main telephone line, including answering calls and directing calls to the correct individuals
- Provide administrative support to the student services department, registrar, and district liaisons
Requirements
- Secretarial experience
- Strong technical skills in Google and office productivity applications
- The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with diverse groups
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred

Pay
Salary Range: $27.33 - $53,498 per year ($29.81 - $58,353 per year)
Schedule
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. (One hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks)
