About the Role
As a District Project Manager, you’ll provide technical expertise and leadership in pumping-fluid handling, power generation, climate control-HVAC, and compressed air solutions. Partnering with Operations and Sales, you’ll drive growth through hands-on support, training, and project management across the Southwest territory.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with all regulations related to the position
- Leverage hands-on experience with HVAC and generators to troubleshoot and train associates
- Train and mentor Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates on equipment troubleshooting and product knowledge
- Travel to all Pump locations within the Southwest territory to train, repair, coach, and mentor Technicians, Territory Account Managers, and customers
- Maintain working knowledge of the current fleet across all locations
- Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to the fleet
- Develop multi-skill level Pump Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialists and Field Service Mechanics
- Assist Territory Account Managers in technical sales applications
- Engineer and manage large projects
Requirements
- Electrically inclined with hands-on experience working with HVAC and generators
- Prior experience facilitating training (classroom or field)
- Project management or job foreman experience
- Subject matter expertise in Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to act decisively on the company’s behalf
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
