About the Role

As a District Project Manager, you’ll provide technical expertise and leadership in pumping-fluid handling, power generation, climate control-HVAC, and compressed air solutions. Partnering with Operations and Sales, you’ll drive growth through hands-on support, training, and project management across the Southwest territory.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with all regulations related to the position
  • Leverage hands-on experience with HVAC and generators to troubleshoot and train associates
  • Train and mentor Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates on equipment troubleshooting and product knowledge
  • Travel to all Pump locations within the Southwest territory to train, repair, coach, and mentor Technicians, Territory Account Managers, and customers
  • Maintain working knowledge of the current fleet across all locations
  • Stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to the fleet
  • Develop multi-skill level Pump Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialists and Field Service Mechanics
  • Assist Territory Account Managers in technical sales applications
  • Engineer and manage large projects

Requirements

  • Electrically inclined with hands-on experience working with HVAC and generators
  • Prior experience facilitating training (classroom or field)
  • Project management or job foreman experience
  • Subject matter expertise in Pump, Power, and HVAC equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to act decisively on the company’s behalf
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
