ManagementPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Who We Are: description of Butler Plus. That's about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - Who We Are: company description. Could go under "About the role"? Or maybe "About the role" is about the role itself, not company. But we have no explicit "About the role" section. However we have "Who You Are:" describing the role responsibilities. That could be "About the role". Actually "Who You Are:" is a description of the role: As the District Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing overall operations... That's role overview. So we can put that under

About the role

. Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" list: that's Responsibilities. Then "Position Requirements": that's Requirements (maybe also Qualifications). Then "Preferred Qualifications:" separate. Then "Benefits, Perks, and Culture:" that's Benefits. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive base salary Variable additional compensation eligible, based on Annual Salary and paid Quarterly". That's pay info. So we need a Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's mention of flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours, flexibility to periodically travel, must be comfortable working outdoors, etc. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. Could infer but we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like "Monday-Friday 9-5". So we should not create Schedule section. Skills: Could be derived from requirements but we should only create Skills section if posting explicitly lists skills. It lists many competencies: decision-making, communication, planning, etc. Those could be considered skills. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills maybe. But we need to follow headings list; we can include Skills if we have content. The posting includes many skill-like items: decision-making, communication, planning, time management, organizational, interpersonal, self-motivated, resourceful, collaborative, etc. Those are skills. So we could create a Skills section. But we also have Requirements (experience, etc.) and Preferred Qualifications (Associate degree). Could separate Requirements and Qualifications. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, Right to Work, etc. Also remove "Apply Now!" and application instructions. Also remove "Offer of employment is contingent upon..." etc. Also remove "We are an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "We are using E-Verify..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a property.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend at waist/knees and lift bag over shoulder, climb up/downstairs, drive for periods of time.
Then Qualifications (Preferred):

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent workforce experience.
Then Skills: Could be separate but we already included many skill items in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, but we need to follow headings. Could make Skills section containing the skill-based items (decision-making, communication, planning, etc.) and keep Requirements for experience/education. Let's split. We have many skill-like items: decision-making, communication, planning, time management, organizational, work ethic, continuous quality improvement, interpersonal, self-motivated, resourceful, collaborative, flexibility, etc. Also "Managing COGS", "Supplies Management", etc are duties. Better: Keep Requirements as experience and qualifications (including education). Skills separate. Let's extract skill items: - Exceptional decision-making skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in planning, time management, and organizational skills - Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous quality improvement - Outstanding interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, resourceful, capable of working independently with proactive attitude - Collaborative and team-oriented mindset - Flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing priorities - Flexibility to periodically travel - Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance with good driving record - Must be comfortable working outdoors, walking property distance - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lift bag over shoulder, climb stairs, drive for periods Some of these are physical requirements, could be under Requirements as well. But we can keep them in Skills. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having many sections may be thin. Perhaps better to combine Requirements and Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" section, and have Benefits and Pay separate. But we need to follow the headings list; we can omit sections if not needed. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can choose to include only those headings that have substantive content. We can include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Qualifications if we have distinct content (Associate degree). Could fold that into Requirements. Pay: we have "Competitive base salary Variable additional compensation eligible, based on Annual Salary and paid Quarterly". That's specific. Benefits: we have list: Healthcare Plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) 401k Company Matching Plan Maternity, Paternal, and Additional Leave Options Remote Position within the city of need Flexible Personal Time Off (PTO) Fun, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment with training and a feedback-rich culture We need to preserve all substantive info. Thus sections: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (including experience, qualifications, skills, physical requirements) - Benefits - Pay No Schedule. We must not include "Qualifications" heading separately if we fold into Requirements. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, Right to Work, etc. Also removed "Apply Now!" and "Join a team where your work makes a daily difference..." etc. Also removed "Offer of employment is contingent upon..." etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any leftover boilerplate lines: "We are an equal opportunity employer..." removed. "We are using E-Verify..." removed. "We are a participant in Right to Work." removed. Also remove "Apply today and embark on a journey..." etc. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Who We Are" description about Butler Plus: we didn't include that anywhere. Should we include it? It's about the company, not the role. Could be placed under "About the role"? But that heading is about the role, not company. However we have no other heading for company overview. The instruction list includes "About the role" as an example heading. It didn't include "About the company". So we might omit company description? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. The company description is substantive. Where to put it? Could be included in a paragraph before the headings, as general info. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid having a preamble paragraph before any heading. So we can include a

with the company overview before the first heading. That would preserve it. Thus output:

We currently service more than 340,000 units nationwide and are known for delivering reliable service, strong operational support, and elevated experience
