About the role
The District Office Coordinator (DOC) role is critical to the success of the department, serving as the administrative and operational backbone that enables leadership and financial professionals to perform at their highest level. By ensuring seamless and efficient administrative support, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external teams and clients, this position directly contributes to a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Vice President and department management with correspondence, presentations, and other administrative functions.
- Manage the Vice President schedule, make travel arrangements, and manage expense reports.
- Help Operations Manager with reporting on advisor progress to goals and assigned training.
- Manage day-to-day operation of the division office, including mail, supplies, and marketing and sales literature.
- Manage compliance files and logs.
- Aid operations team with completion of operational and administrative tasks for advisor team including sales processing and licensing.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- A high degree of confidentiality.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of administrative experience.
