Responsibilities

  • Oversee district performance in revenue, retention, and customer experience
  • Advises dealer leadership, enhancing partnerships and strategic focus
  • Drives revenue and KPIs through effective implementation of initiatives
  • Standardizes dealer contact processes focused on performance goals
  • Analyzes marketing strategies offering recommendations for service traffic
  • Develops annual business plans using data insights to counter challenges
  • Applies analytical skills to assess performance and target improvements
  • Manages travel within the territory to support dealers and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in dealership Fixed Operations
  • Strong automotive industry knowledge including service operations
  • Deep understanding of Service & Parts Operations and related business metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills for influencing dealership leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
