Responsibilities
- Oversee district performance in revenue, retention, and customer experience
- Advises dealer leadership, enhancing partnerships and strategic focus
- Drives revenue and KPIs through effective implementation of initiatives
- Standardizes dealer contact processes focused on performance goals
- Analyzes marketing strategies offering recommendations for service traffic
- Develops annual business plans using data insights to counter challenges
- Applies analytical skills to assess performance and target improvements
- Manages travel within the territory to support dealers and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in dealership Fixed Operations
- Strong automotive industry knowledge including service operations
- Deep understanding of Service & Parts Operations and related business metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills for influencing dealership leadership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
