About the role

The District Manager oversees multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district
• Manage and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams
• Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience
• Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning
• Drive district-wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensure stores meet company standards for compliance, safety, and customer experience
• Champion a customer-first culture throughout the district
• Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
• Support teams in resolving escalated customer concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience in District Management, Area Management, Multi-Unit Retail Management, Retail Operations Leadership, or Sales Management
• Proven track record of leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals
• Experience developing managers and high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

Pay

$80,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives
