District Manager - New Jersey North

For our client, we are seeking a District Manager - New Jersey North to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will oversee multi-store operations across a defined territory, with a strong focus on driving sales performance, operational execution, and customer service standards. The District Manager will partner closely with store leaders and regional leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve profitability across the district. Success in this position will come from effective coaching, disciplined analysis, and consistent field presence in a fast-paced retail environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $194,000 annually Responsibilities Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate effectively with leadership to align regional strategy and resolve operational issues. Conduct regular store visits to monitor customer service and profitability metrics. Coach store managers on customer service excellence and issue resolution. Develop succession plans for store leadership and manage talent development initiatives. Evaluate inventory productivity to enhance operational efficiency in key areas. Qualifications 5-7 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in big box settings. Strong merchandising and operational acumen with a minimum of 5 years of experience in these areas. Ability to work a flexible schedule of at least 55 hours weekly. Proven track record in coaching and developing talent within a retail environment. Proficient in analyzing sales and financial reports for strategic decision-making.
