District Manager - Large Parking & Valet Operation

Platinum Parking is seeking a mission-driven leader to oversee parking garage and valet operations supporting Children’s Health in Dallas and Plano. In a healthcare environment, service is more than convenience — it is part of the patient and family experience. This role directly supports families, caregivers, physicians, and hospital staff by ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate access to care.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site garage and valet operations with a focus on safety, dignity, and service excellence
• Build and mentor a professional, diverse, and family-focused management team
• Own full P&L performance across Dallas and Plano operations
• Ensure staffing models support peak hospital volumes and patient needs
• Maintain strict revenue control, cash handling, and compliance standards
• Conduct safety audits to protect patients, families, employees, and visitors
• Partner closely with hospital leadership to support operational alignment and continuous improvement
• Implement service enhancements that improve arrival, departure, and overall campus access experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as both a Garage Manager and Valet Manager
• Experience leading multi-site or high-volume operations preferred
• Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership
• Ability to lead leaders and build accountable teams
• Professional presence in healthcare or high-service environments
• Commitment to integrity, compassion, and operational excellence
