District Manager role focused on equipping General Managers to deliver sales, profit, engaged associates, and an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Review targeted reports and store processes to identify sales and profit benchmarking opportunities across the district and within the region.
- Understand the competitive landscape by observing and studying other companies to learn about current initiatives and strategies.
- Assess General Managers and leadership teams to determine talent opportunities and impact on store performance.
- Engage General Managers in discussions regarding their strengths and development opportunities to improve team leadership and performance.
- Develop session plans by assessing talent across district leadership teams.
- Ensure full utilization of company training tools and hold teams accountable.
- Shape store culture by modeling core values and leadership capabilities.
- Champion technology use to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- Create an inspiring work environment that motivates team members to perform their best.
- Set clear expectations and drive accountability by addressing performance issues promptly.
- Embody and articulate the brand’s vision.
- Review and evaluate store environment standards and customer experience execution.
- Encourage team engagement and support for local community initiatives.
- Consistently meet performance standards for product and service sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance.
