We are seeking a driven and results-oriented District Manager to lead operations from our Reno, NV Securitas office, supporting clients throughout the greater Reno, NV area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee multiple client sites and branch teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong, long-term client relationships. The District Manager is responsible for performance management, and compliance with all company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards, and brings hands-on operations experience, strong people leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, improve margins and profitability, and drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and client satisfaction across the district. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned district portfolioDirect and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionOversee new client transitions and implementation of servicesLead, coach, and develop site supervisors and account managersEnsure effective scheduling and resource allocationReview and manage district financial performance, including P&L accountabilityPromote employee engagement and retention initiatives District Manager Training Program Prior to full placement, you’ll participate in an intensive management training program where you will: Learn to make strategic business decisionsGain deep understanding of P&L statements and operational budgetingEnhance your leadership and customer service skillsApply the Securitas management model in real-world scenarios Qualifications Previous experience in security preferredMinimum 5 years of leadership/management experience3+ years of multi-unit operational oversightProficiency in understanding and managing P&L statementsStrong operational, leadership, and organizational skillsExcellent client interfacingDemonstrated history of delivering excellent customer serviceValid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred Competencies High ethical standards and integrityStrong planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead across diverse teams and culturesThrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentDemonstrated initiative and business acumenFinancial literacy and ability to develop actionable insightsPassion for operational excellence and business protection Education & Experience Associate’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in security or business management OREquivalent combination of education and experience (1 year of relevant experience = 1 year of academic education) If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for safety, client satisfaction, and operational success, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
