Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading assigned stores to achieve outstanding customer service, operational goals, and financial targets while adhering to company policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain exemplary customer service within the district and community
  • Develop and execute plans to improve store and area performance
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate Store Managers to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure company's cash security policies and procedures are followed
  • Create special business relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Establish a strong customer service culture
  • Analyze financial statements and trends to increase sales and maximize profits
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and store revenues
  • Control labor hours, cash, store audits, and shrinkage
  • Conduct complete and thorough district reviews of each store to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of multi-unit management experience in industries such as financial services, retail, and hospitality
  • Willingness to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
  • A strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • High-energy, collaborative leadership expertise
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current proof of insurance
  • English/Spanish bilingual (a plus)

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
  • Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
  • Must be able to adapt to change
  • Must be able to manage several projects at one time and handle frequent interruptions to meet customer needs
  • Must be able to travel to stores regularly
