District Leader - Northern Virginia

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor Center Directors and teaching staff
• Ensure consistent quality and educational excellence across centers
• Cultivate customer relationships and drive engagement
• Manage a portfolio of centers with a focus on financial performance
• Identify sales and business growth opportunities to enhance revenue and retention

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
• Strong business acumen with aptitude in financial management
• Prior leadership experience in customer and talent-centric settings
• Passion for child development and making a daily impact

$95,000 – $160,500 annually
