Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of multi-unit leadership experience
- Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Strong business acumen with aptitude in financial management
- Prior leadership experience in customer and talent-centric settings
- Passion for child development and making a daily impact
