District Leader

About the role

The District Leader role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a portfolio of childcare centers in a dynamic market. You will recruit, develop, empower, and engage a team of Center Directors and teaching staff, drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence, nurture customer relationships, and lead a business portfolio to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader
• Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team
• Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities
• Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple childcare centers
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to quality care

Pay

• $60,000 - $80,000 annually
