District Leader

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a District Leader to lead and manage a portfolio of 10–15 childcare centers in a dynamic market. This multi-unit field leadership role oversees more than $10M in revenue and is responsible for driving quality, consistency, family acquisition, and retention across the district.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, empower, and engage a high-performing team of Center Directors and teaching staff.
• Drive consistent focus on quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout your district.
• Nurture customer relationships while supporting sound business decisions with children and families in mind.
• Lead a business portfolio, identify sales opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team.
• Strong business insight and ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities.
• Leadership experience in a customer- and talent-focused environment.
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
