What You’ll Own
- Leading and growing existing First Command–registered branch offices, including negotiating and holding leases
- Hiring, employing, and managing district staff
- Managing district operations and expenses, including allocating shared costs across advisors
- Overseeing business planning, budgeting, and day-to-day operations
- Making financial investments to support growth and performance expectations
- Owning the financial results of the district, including growth, expenses, and overall profitability
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale a high-performing advisor organization
- Recruit and develop financial advisors who grow the business
- Drive consistent performance across pipeline activity, production, and client outcomes
- Coach advisors to improve client acquisition, planning quality, and long-term success
- Create a culture of accountability, growth, and professionalism
- Lead as a registered principal
- Provide supervision and oversight of advisor activities
- Reinforce a strong compliance and client-first culture
- Grow your market
- Expand your district through local business development and community relationships
- Build long-term presence within the military and broader community
