About the role
Responsible for managing a team of distributors in the NV region, overseeing sales strategies, inventory management, and customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize waste.
- Manage and motivate a team of distributors to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a sales or distribution environment.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
