About the role
The Warehouse Lead position is responsible for overseeing key warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, counting/verifying, and moving materials within the warehouse. You will coordinate and assign tasks to Team Members as directed by the Manager, support efficient material flow and inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Assign and ensure work orders are completed by Team Members on time by organizing demands.
- Track replenishment of primary locations.
- Promptly resolve all material or location issues.
- Communicate frequently throughout the workday with other support teams, including management, to maximize efficiency.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper usage of safety equipment and tools.
- Demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.
- Work with little to no supervision.
- Adhere to all safety, OSHA guidelines, work rules, and policies, focusing on housekeeping inside and outside of the facility.

- Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and identify and resolve problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of full-time industry experience in a warehouse, distribution center, order fulfillment center, logistics, supply chain operations, or manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current forklift license and certification.
- Experience with stand-up high-reach forklift equipment, sit-down forklift equipment, pallet riders, and/or stock pickers.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
- Strong knowledge of distribution center compliance and procedures.
- Experience utilizing an RF scanner.
- Experience with a forklift truck and/or a tugger.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and promote positive work relationships.
- Capacity to utilize effective time management skills and work under the stress of multiple deadlines and interruptions with accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision or direction.
- Strong aptitude for navigating systems and programs.
- Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings, and/or lighting industry is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.

Pay
$25 per hour. Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location.
