Distribution Specialist

About the role

This is an on-site position based in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Review and properly prepare paycheck packages for shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate supplies for building, wrapping, and sorting outbound packages.
• Use modern technology systems to sort and prepare orders for expedited delivery.
• Rotate daily contributions across different phases of payroll distribution as part of a collaborative team.
• Gather reports and checks from the printers.
• Follow client instructions and prepare information in a presentable package for clients.
• Organize, maintain, and retain accurate records and manifests of all items packaged.
• Maintain FedEx/USPS operating systems.
• Assist the payroll specialist team with delivery instructions as needed.
• Work overtime during busy seasons.
• Support ad hoc projects critical to company success.
• Perform duties requiring standing in one place for periods of time and walking the distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
• General computer skills required.

Pay

The base range for this role is $22.00 – $24.00 per hour based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
