What You'll Do
- Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
- Shipping/Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
- Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
- Aiding Branch Management with the day-to-day tasks of the branch
- Assisting customers with payroll as needed
- Customer support via email and phone as needed
- Data entry and support as needed for other branch departments
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers
What You Bring to the Table
- Professional phone communication skills
- Great interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
