Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Ensure appropriate leadership skills are present at every level through creating an inclusive and supportive work environment in which employees are coached, trained, and provided with career opportunities through development.
- Manage Distribution Center operations and be accountable for achieving safety, cost, productivity, SLA, and quality targets.
- Collaborate with peer Senior Managers to ensure building flow is planned and maintained.
- Coordinate order processing to achieve productivity, cost, and throughput targets.
- Participate in staff planning to support the forecast, ensuring the facility is prepared to support the business as necessary.
- Build a strong performing team and develop direct report executives for future growth.
- Maintain all OSHA safety standards including all reporting of accidents, injuries, damages, and potential threats to safety.
Continuous Improvement (CI), Performance Ecosystem (PeS), and Labor Management (LM)
- Partner with the CI teams to continue developing a culture of continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.
- Lead the Operations Team to set PeS on the shop floor.
- Owning the standardization, quality, and maintain the relevancy of SOPs, Shop Floor Management, Leader Standard Work, Process Confirmation (Gemba), and Lean Methods.
- Drive change management with shop floor leaders for respective CI initiatives to ensure successful go-live, adoption, and sustained lasting benefits.
- Utilize LM to drive performance through effective people management and coaching.
- Support the development of business cases to reduce labor, packaging, and other operating costs.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience with demonstrated knowledge of current supply chain solutions and processes.
- Project and process management skills within four-wall Distribution Centers.
- Prior experience leading leaders.
