Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of distribution partners, converters, and assigned channel accounts.
- Aid in partner engagement, account follow-up, and sales growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales teams and key customer contacts.
- Cook up follow-up on quotes, opportunities, customer requests, sample requests, and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate distributor business reviews, account planning, and action-item tracking.
- Identify new business opportunities through distributors, converters, and channel partners.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Monitor pipeline activity and maintain accurate opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
- Participate in customer visits, distributor meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to help close opportunities and resolve customer issues.
- Analyze sales trends, customer activity, market information, and channel performance.
- Track key performance indicators and identify areas where follow-up or process improvement is needed.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, distributors, operations, supply chain, customer service, and product management teams.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns related to deliveries, quotations, inventory, pricing, product availability, and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and enhance the channel partner experience.
- Maintain accurate customer, contact, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce.
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and take ownership of professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 0-3 years of sales, customer service, account support, business development, or internship experience.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platform preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers, distributors, and industry events.
