About the Role

The Production Supervisor oversees daily warehouse and production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficient order fulfillment. This role manages staff, monitors inventory and reports, and ensures production schedules and shipment targets are met. The position also focuses on training team members, utilizing EHS training, maintaining product quality, supporting clear communication across operations, and prefers bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the quality of products
  • Oversee the daily operation of the warehouse
  • Ensure safety regulations are being followed
  • Ensure the production scheduling is efficient
  • Ensure the target number of order shipments is met
  • Monitor daily warehouse reports
  • Display high team leadership to evaluate staffing schedules
  • Monitor the quality of products being shipped out of the warehouse
  • Train loaders and pickers on safety protocols
  • Communicate frequently with production assistants on various orders
  • Oversee inventory management

Requirements

  • 4-year degree preferred
  • In lieu of degree, 5 - 7 years of management experience is required
  • The ability to motivate and manage personnel
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Inventory experience
  • Previous SAP experience
  • Spanish and English fluency preferred
  • Strong in EHS programs and training that are required from EHS teams

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs., long periods of standing/walking, and short periods of sitting
  • Minimal bending, reaching, and grabbing are required throughout shift
  • Environment: Mostly varied warehouse environment, minimal time spent in temperature-controlled office
  • Travel Requirements: up to 10%
