Responsibilities

• Guide and direct a team of individual workers for daily manufacturing duties.
• Lead a team to achieve production objectives: safety, productivity, yield, and shift efficiency.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of team members for performance.
• Organize, plan, and monitor team activities to achieve production goals.
• Communicate safety, quality, and management information to the team; solicit ideas and suggestions for improvements.
• Monitor and control equipment to meet required specifications and output.
• Enter production data into ERP and manufacturing systems; produce reports for shift performance and yield.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience entering information into production databases and ERP systems.
• Ability to read a ruler, understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a diverse workforce environment.
• Forklift experience required.
