About the role
For over 65 years, Coilcraft has proudly operated in Hawarden, Iowa, building a strong legacy of excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking Full-Time Distribution Operators to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and fill customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Stand and stay active throughout your shift, handling parts between 5–20 pounds regularly
- Read and interpret part numbers with accuracy and consistency
- Work with basic computer systems for inventory, tracking, and order fulfillment
Requirements
- Energetic and self-motivated individuals who value precision and speed
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Dependable team players who are willing to learn and grow
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, and training is provided
- Ability to read and speak English
