Distribution Manager

About the role

Located at the Wisconsin Distribution Center, 12885 104th Street, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, you will lead Uline's distribution operations in Pleasant Prairie, spanning over 1.5 million square feet. As a hands‑on warehouse leader, you will coach employees, solve problems, and drive operational excellence while staying connected to daily operations and developing high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day‑to‑day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands‑on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry‑leading service and same‑day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data‑driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years leading high‑volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
