Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures and prepare work schedules to manage workflow efficiently.
• Oversee and manage on-call services and scheduling to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• Plan routes for Field Service Technicians to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain an adequate supply of medical equipment and supplies through effective inventory management.
• Process delivery tickets and route sheets to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Make critical decisions that impact operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, specifically in inventory control, fleet management, and routing.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of distribution processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with team members, Field Service Technicians, and customers.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail for accurate processing of delivery tickets and route sheets.
