We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: description about Xcel Energy: company description. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role summary. The posting includes "Position Summary" after company description. So we can put that under

About the role

maybe? Or we could treat company description as "About the role"? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Company description (Xcel Energy leading energy provider...). Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is more about the position, not company. But we could include a short paragraph about the company under About the role? Might be okay. - Position Summary: "Mastery level design position that provides new and existing commercial, industrial, residential, and internal customers with distribution design project management for all areas of design, including complex designs. The responsibility of this position is to function as the primary contact for future and existing customers by providing cost effective designs that balance customers' needs in accordance with Xcel Energy's standards and administrative guidelines. May provide work clarification, and direction when required, for construction personnel and act as the liaison between the construction department and customers. May assist with mentoring and training of Assoc Designers and Designers. Travel and overnight stays may be required. May be expected to assist as needed after normal business hours during emergency situations." That's substantive; could go under About the role or Responsibilities? Usually Position Summary is about the role. We'll put under About the role. - Essential Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll put under Responsibilities as
  • . - Minimum Requirements for Designer II, Senior Designer, Principal Designer: these are qualifications. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instructions list both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. Probably combine them into Requirements (or Qualifications). Since we have multiple levels, we could put under Requirements. - Preferred Requirements: "Existing Xcel Energy Electric Distribution Design experience." That's a preference; could be under Skills or Preferences. Could be under Skills. - Culture and values: "Our culture is grounded in shared values..." That's maybe not needed but could be under About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal, it's about culture. Might be okay to include under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But only allowed headings list; we could put under About the role. - Benefits: list of benefits after "This position is eligible for the following benefits:" includes many items. So we need Benefits section. - Pay: "The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $33.90 to $58.25 per hour". That's Pay. - Schedule: mention hybrid work model: "Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range, benefits list, schedule info. We must not include duplicated lines. Need to ensure we don't repeat same bullet. We must preserve all substantive info: include company description? Might be considered part of About the role. We'll include a paragraph summarizing Xcel Energy description under About the role before the Position Summary? Might be okay. But we must not repeat job title as heading. No job title heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to cut out the EEO statements, deadline to apply, accommodation request forms, etc. Also remove the "Non-Bargaining" line? That's maybe metadata but not heading; we can drop it. We must keep the pay range, benefits list, schedule info. We must keep the Essential Responsibilities list. We must keep the Minimum Requirements for each level. We must keep Preferred Requirements. We must keep culture/values maybe. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Xcel Energy (NASDAQ: XEL) is a leading energy provider and Fortune 500 company, dedicated to serving millions of electricity and natural gas customers across eight states: Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico and Texas. We make energy work better for our customers, helping them thrive every day. That means always raising the bar - delivering better service and providing more reliable, resilient, and sustainable energy. Xcel Energy is a place where you’ll have opportunities to grow, expand your skills, and help lead the clean energy transition. We offer meaningful rewards, recognition, and support to help you build your career and make an impact - both on the job and beyond. Most importantly, it means you’ll be joining a company that knows employees are the driving force behind its success and is committed to helping you be your best. Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.

Position Summary: Mastery level design position that provides new and existing commercial, industrial, residential, and internal customers with distribution design project management for all areas of design, including complex designs. The responsibility of this position is to function as the primary contact for future and existing customers by providing cost effective designs that balance customers' needs in accordance with Xcel Energy's standards and administrative guidelines. But we already have schedule info in About the role; maybe better to separate Schedule section. However schedule info is about hybrid work model; we could put under Schedule. The About the role could just contain company description and Position Summary. Then Schedule section separate. Let's split: About the role: company description + Position Summary. Schedule: hybrid work model details. Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities list. Requirements: Minimum Requirements for Designer II, Senior Designer, Principal Designer (maybe combine). Skills: Preferred Requirements (Existing Xcel Energy Electric Distribution Design experience) plus maybe list of skills from requirements (GIS, design software, etc.) but those are already in requirements. Could still include Skills section highlighting key skills: proficiency in GIS, design software, work management programs, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, communication, problem-solving, etc. But we must not invent; we can extract from requirements. Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? The instructions list both; we could choose to include only Requirements and not Qualifications to avoid duplication. But we need to include at least one of them. We'll include Requirements. Benefits: list. Pay: pay range. We must not include sections with filler. All have real content. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's draft. First, About the role:

Xcel Energy (NASDAQ: XEL) is a leading energy provider and Fortune 500 company, dedicated to serving millions of electricity and natural gas customers across eight states: Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico and Texas. Then Position Summary maybe as a

    with strong. We'll include:

Position Summary: Mastery level design position that provides new and existing commercial, industrial, residential, and internal customers with distribution design project management for all areas of design, including complex designs. The responsibility of this position is to function as the primary contact for future and existing customers by providing cost effective designs that balance customers' needs in accordance with Xcel Energy's standards and administrative guidelines. Now Schedule:

    Schedule

Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.

    Now Responsibilities:

    • Execute contracts and agreements in compliance with administrative instructions and regulatory requirements.
Note: there were duplicate lines about demonstrating ability to set direction etc. We have only one. Now Requirements: We have three levels: Designer II, Senior Designer, Principal Designer. We'll combine into a list maybe with subheadings? But we cannot use headings other than h3; we could use

? Not allowed; only h3 for section headings. We could embed the levels inside a
      with
    • containing the details. That's okay. We'll produce:
