We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. The posting includes: - Job Description (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (list) - Essential Skills (list) - Additional Skills & Qualifications (list) - Work Environment (paragraph) - Job Type & Location (maybe not needed as heading? Could be part of About the role? But we have no heading for that; we can include as part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "Job Details"? But allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We have: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph describing remote Distribution Designer or Engineer role focusing on providing distribution design support for utility projects across multiple regions, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: could combine Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements (essential) and Qualifications (additional). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section that includes both essential and additional skills. Or we could have "Skills" section for essential skills, and "Qualifications" for additional. But we need to decide based on content. We also have Pay And Benefits section with pay range and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; maybe work environment mentions remote, occasional travel. No explicit schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time). So we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: we have list of benefits. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills/Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. We need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Could also include Qualifications if we separate. But we have both Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications; we could combine into Requirements (or Skills). The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to combine skills into one section, maybe "Requirements". Or "Skills". Let's see typical usage: Requirements often list mandatory qualifications; Qualifications list preferred. We have both essential and additional. Could make two sections: Requirements (essential) and Qualifications (additional). That's two sections but still substantive. However we need to avoid thin sections; each has multiple bullet points, so okay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (essential skills), Qualifications (additional skills), Benefits, Pay. Check if any content for Schedule: none, so omit. Now we need to strip boilerplate: remove lines about Application Deadline, About Actalent, equal opportunity employer, etc. Also remove "Job Type & Location" maybe not needed as heading; but we could incorporate location into About the role or maybe a short paragraph. However we must preserve all substantive information; location is substantive: "This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX." Also "Work Environment" paragraph includes remote, occasional travel. Also "Paid time off and holidays are offered". That's part of Benefits maybe. We need to preserve all substantive info: job description intro, responsibilities list, essential skills list, additional skills list, work environment paragraph, job type & location (contract to hire, based out of Houston, TX), pay range, benefits list. We should not include "Application Deadline", "About Actalent", EEO statements, etc. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Work Environment" repeated? Not exactly. Now format:

    About the role

This remote Distribution Designer or Engineer role focuses on providing distribution design support for utility projects across multiple regions, including Houston, the Valley, and Louisiana. You will use industry-standard tools to design and convert overhead and underground distribution systems while collaborating with project teams through virtual and occasional in-office meetings. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

But we might also include work environment details separately? Could be part of About the role or separate section? There's no heading for Work Environment in allowed list, but we could incorporate into About the role or maybe into Responsibilities? Better to keep About the role as intro, and then maybe a separate paragraph for Work Environment? But we don't have a heading for Work Environment; we could add a

after About the role before Responsibilities, but that would be stray text not under a heading. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." It doesn't forbid having prose outside headings? It says use

for prose. Likely each section should have heading then content. But we could have multiple

under a heading. So we can include work environment prose under About the role heading as additional paragraphs. Thus About the role: include intro paragraph, work environment paragraph, job type location. Now Responsibilities: list each duty as

    • . Essential Skills: list as
    • under Requirements heading. Additional Skills & Qualifications: list as
    • under Qualifications heading. Benefits: list as
    • under Benefits heading. Pay: include pay range as

under Pay heading. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Paid time off and holidays are offered, and the remote setup supports a balanced and focused workday." That's substantive about benefits? It mentions paid time off and holidays; we could incorporate into Benefits list? But we already have benefits list includes Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave). So we could keep that as part of benefits list; the sentence about paid time off and holidays is redundant with that list; we can omit as duplicate? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we can omit that sentence. Also "Dress code expectations apply mainly during office visits and in-person meetings, where standard professional attire is appropriate." That's not in allowed headings; maybe we can omit as not essential? It's substantive but not fitting any heading; we could incorporate into About the role or Work Environment? But we have no heading for Work Environment; we could add a short paragraph under About the role about dress code? However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". So we need to keep it somewhere. Could add a

under About the role after job type location: "Dress code expectations apply mainly during office visits and in-person meetings, where standard professional attire is appropriate." But we need to check if that is considered boilerplate? It's not typical boilerplate; it's specific to role. So keep. Now "Work Environment This is a primarily remote position that offers flexibility to work from home while supporting distribution projects across multiple regions. You will collaborate with project teams through virtual communication tools and will occasionally travel to the office for project meetings and in-person coordination. The work involves extensive use of engineering and design software, including AutoCAD, Maximo, Distribution Design Studio, and other distribution design platforms. The role operates in a professional, project-driven environment with structured processes and clear deliverables." This is substantive; we can include under About the role as paragraphs. Now "Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX." Already included. Now "Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following: ..." We need to keep pay range and benefits list. The extra sentences about eligibility etc. are somewhat generic but still substantive? They talk about eligibility requirements, benefits subject to change. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those sentences about eligibility etc. are not exactly legal boilerplate but could be considered generic. However they are part of the benefits description; we might keep them as prose under Benefits heading before the list. But we need to avoid filler like "not specified". These are not filler. I'd keep a short paragraph under Benefits heading describing that benefits are subject to change etc., then the list. But we also have "Paid time off and holidays are offered, and the remote setup supports a balanced and focused workday." That's similar to benefits; we could incorporate into benefits paragraph. Now "Workplace Type This is a fully remote position." Already covered. Now "Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on Oct 5, 2026." That's application instruction? It's a deadline; we should remove as per instruction: remove application instructions. So omit. Now "About Actalent ..." remove. Now "If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation..." remove. Now "San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance..." remove. Now "Massachusetts Lie Detector..." remove. Now "Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): ..." remove. Now ensure we don't repeat any content. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
