Distribution Clerk
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real specific content.
From posting: There's "The Opportunity" description (maybe About the role). Then "MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES". Then "QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience And Certifications)". Then "KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES". Then "ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT". Then "Disclaimer" (boilerplate). Then "Why Avantor?" (maybe Benefits? Actually it's company culture). Then "Pay Transparency" with pay range. Then EEO etc. Also "Privacy Policy", "3rd Party Non-Solicitation Policy". We need to remove boilerplate: disclaimer, EEO, privacy, non-solicitation, etc. Also remove application instructions (Apply today!). Also remove "Why Avantor?" maybe it's not a standard heading but could be considered Benefits? It's more about company culture; but we can treat as maybe "About the company" but not required. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Responsibilities, Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Environmental Working Conditions (maybe we can include as a section? Not in list of allowed headings; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Environmental Working Conditions not in list, so we should not create a heading for it; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or Skills? Probably better to omit as not allowed heading. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop info. However we can embed that info under appropriate existing headings like Responsibilities or Skills? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings when appropriate. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can create sections for those headings only if content matches. For Environmental Working Conditions, there is no matching heading; we could maybe put under "Responsibilities" or "Skills"? But that would be misrepresenting. Perhaps we can omit that section because it's not in allowed list? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. However the instruction may prioritize not creating headings not in list; but we could still include the info as a paragraph under an appropriate heading like "Responsibilities" or "Skills". The environmental conditions are not duties but working conditions; could be placed under "Skills"? Not ideal. Maybe we can create a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed. The instruction says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list; we could use other headings if needed. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." So we can create any heading as long as we have content. The examples are just typical. So we could create a heading like "Working Conditions" if we have content. However the instruction earlier: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they expect us to use those headings; but they gave examples. Safer to stick to those headings. For environmental conditions, we could incorporate into "Responsibilities" as a bullet about adhering to safety standards? Actually there is bullet: "Complies with OSHA and other appropriate standards." That's already in responsibilities. The environmental conditions description is more about work environment; we could maybe put under "Responsibilities" as a note about working conditions? Might be okay.
We also have "Why Avantor?" which is company culture/benefits; could go under "Benefits". It includes statements about culture, learning experiences, etc. That's substantive. So we can create a Benefits section with that content.
Pay: we have Pay Transparency with range. So we create Pay section.
Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we omit Schedule.
Requirements: maybe we can combine Qualifications and Knowledge Skills and Abilities into Requirements and Skills? The headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We have Qualifications (education/training, experience, certifications). We have Knowledge Skills and Abilities. We could map: Qualifications section for education/experience/certifications. Skills section for knowledge/skills/abilities. Requirements maybe not needed if not distinct. But we could also put experience under Requirements. However we must not invent headings with filler. If we don't have specific content for Requirements, we omit it.
Thus sections: About the role (from The Opportunity paragraph), Responsibilities (major duties), Qualifications (education/training, experience, certifications), Skills (knowledge skills and abilities), Benefits (Why Avantor? plus maybe other benefits? Not much else), Pay (pay range). Possibly also include "Environmental Working Conditions" as part of Responsibilities or Skills? We'll embed under Responsibilities as a bullet about working safely? Actually we have bullet "Complies with OSHA and other appropriate standards." That's already there. The environmental description could be added as a paragraph after responsibilities? But we must preserve all substantive info. Could add a

under Responsibilities after the list describing working conditions. That would preserve it. Let's extract content. The Opportunity paragraph: "The Opportunity Responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time. Communicates with customers as required and, with the Transportation Department, develops inbound and outbound freight schedules." We need to keep that as prose. Responsibilities: list of duties after "MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)". Then a long sentence with many duties separated by semicolons? Actually it's a paragraph with many duties separated by periods? Let's parse: "With the Warehouse or Transportation Manager, schedules inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.Ensures proper labels and tickets have been applied before shipping.Maintains good security habits at dock doors.Assists in loading and unloading trucks when necessary; operates fork lift, crane, and truck as needed.Complies with OSHA and other appropriate standards.Ensures the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities. We need to turn each duty into
under Benefits heading. Pay: "Pay Transparency The expected pre-tax pay for this position is $41,000.00 - $66,125.00 Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location." We can make a
with that. We must remove boilerplate: Disclaimer, EEO Statement, Privacy Policy, 3rd Party Non-Solicitation Policy, also "Apply today!" etc. Also remove "The Opportunity" heading? We'll treat as About the role. Now produce HTML fragment:
