Responsibilities
- Keep track of data and source documents.
- Prepare, sort, and interpret data in an organized manner so entries can be efficiently made, including matching assemblies with batch tickets and matching POs with receiving.
- Maintain and update the current tracking system to meet future requirements.
- Clarify missing information by contacting the document author.
- Resolve questions, inconsistencies, and errors independently.
- Maintain the database.
- Compare current physical inventory with what the system shows.
- Perform cycle counting.
- Input finished goods in the ERP system.
- Schedule shipping and receiving appointments.
- Understand the management of Quality Systems and be familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices to ensure workplace safety and production of safe, quality products.
- Adhere to PPE requirements as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge of English (reading and writing).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and basic knowledge of MS Word.
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/clerical position.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
