About the role

The Distribution & Channel Strategy Program Manager is responsible for optimizing Corza’s indirect commercial channel across the US, Canada, and Latin America. This role serves as the primary operational and strategic liaison between Corza’s internal teams and its distribution partners, driving portfolio performance, commercial enablement, and channel growth. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure distribution partners are equipped, aligned, and accountable. This position plays a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, managing GPO/contract obligations, and maintaining the integrity of distribution data and rebate programs.

Responsibilities

  • Distribution Management
    • Manage the full lifecycle of distributor item requests, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to keep the product portfolio current and refreshed.
    • Oversee distribution returns, complaints, and contract pricing support.
    • Collaborate with distribution partners to provide demand forecasting visibility to internal planning teams.
    • Evaluate and communicate price changes within the market.
    • Develop dashboards and recurring business reviews to monitor and assess channel partner performance.
  • Commercial Enablement
    • Serve as the operational liaison between Corza’s direct sales representatives and distribution partners, facilitating connectivity, providing guidance on opportunity-specific pricing, and communicating product enhancements to distribution leadership.
    • Collaborate analytically on commercial incentive strategies for distribution partners.
    • Identify portfolio gaps and recommend strategies to optimize channel partner offerings.
  • GPO & Contract Support
    • Develop dashboards and recurring business reviews to monitor GPO and contract partner performance.
    • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and challenges within the channel.
    • Manage contract partner renewal cycles, ensuring timely execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Growth & Analytics
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partnership opportunities focused on growth and expansion within priority surgical specialties; share market feedback with internal commercial and marketing teams.
    • Monitor distribution activity for diversion patterns and manage associated escalation workflows.
    • Perform tracing and rebate validation: identify anomalies within distribution tracing reports and validate the accuracy of chargeback reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in distribution management, channel sales, or commercial operations, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, business reviews, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience managing GPO relationships, contract pricing, and rebate/chargeback programs.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to work across Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Regulatory.
  • Familiarity with distribution tracing, diversion monitoring, and chargeback validation processes.
  • Experience operating in US, Canadian, and/or Latin American commercial markets preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and occasionally internationally.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000/annual. Pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees.
