Distribution Center-Picking Clerk

About the Role

Responsible for security, inventory management, and general flow of the inventory associated with the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver total customer service to our stores and other departments
• Operate all equipment associated with picking responsibilities for regular and special store orders
• Assist in cross-functional work assignments when workload demands
• Pick store orders while maintaining the integrity of our inventories
• Maintain open communications with the management team to help coordinate the general flow of inventory throughout the Distribution Center pipeline
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Successful completion of all mandatory training

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (minimum); Associates Degree or higher (preferred)
• Experience: 0-2 years previous experience in a related position (preferred)
