- Lead a collaborative team of supervisors for efficient fulfillment operations
- Inspire teams to surpass business objectives by connecting them with company mission, goals, and strategy
- Provide guidance and accountability to align shift supervisors and associates with operational goals
- Cultivate a safe and supportive environment that engages both associates and supervisors
- Drive Customer-Centric Operations
- Develop and execute operational plans to optimize site throughput and meet budget targets
- Implement solutions to enhance productivity, optimize inventory management processes, and minimize part breakage for improved service delivery
- Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects
- Encourage cross-shift collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement

- Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site
- Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implement resolutions, and provide coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion
- 5-7 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in supply chain
- Experience with Korber or related WMS software preferred
- Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes
- People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach
