What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders on short- and long-term workforce planning and staffing strategies
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
- Resolve complex employee and labor relations concerns through effective coaching and intervention
- Administer Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management
- Support organizational effectiveness by driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Foster a positive employee experience and strong workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- Four years of management experience, including at least three years in Human Resources
- OR Bachelor's degree and two years of Human Resources experience
- OR Bachelor's degree, one year of HR management experience, and completion of a Human Resources Trainee Program
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in: Human Resource Management, Business Administration
