Site Location: Lancaster, CA
Schedule
- 32 hours per week
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Monday - Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay
$22 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card)
- Complete additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process)
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
Qualifications
Preferred experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.
