Distribution Assistant

SUNY Upstate Medical University’s mission is to improve the health of the communities we serve through education, biomedical research, and health care. This role supports patient care by managing medical supplies, building specialty carts, and delivering outstanding service to clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Report daily to Distribution and unpack supplies and stock shelves
• Follow the “recipe” and build/restock specialty carts like code, difficult airway, and more
• Restock patient in-room supply carts
• Provide outstanding customer service and fill customer call-down supply requests and inpatient room carts
• Deliver medical supplies to Nursing Units
