Responsibilities
- Shaping the strategic direction of technology within the organization.
- Penetrating and driving solutions within targeted accounts and expanding penetration in existing accounts.
- Developing and working on problems/projects of deep, diverse complexity, exercising independent judgment within defined policies and practices.
- Acting as a project team leader on the most highly strategic, complex, and challenging customer engagements.
- Serving as a mentor and coach throughout the organization.
- Leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across multiple platforms.
- Working with the Platform Owner and collaborating with senior leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Working closely with the Platform Owner to help drive automation and workflow transformation initiatives.
- Assisting the Platform Owner in aligning platform capabilities to business strategy and operational goals.
- Creating and modifying multi-year roadmaps for platform scalability and modernization.
- Helping drive platform consistency across business units and geographies.
- Setting architectural standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
- Defining and driving enterprise-level architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Leading the team in identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Communicating highly technical concepts in business language.
- Aiding in the adoption of new ServiceNow features and AI capabilities.
- Mentoring and inspiring LOB teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption to maintain the organization's competitive edge.
Qualifications
- An understanding of leading manufacturers routing and switching architecture.
- Extensive experience designing and deploying large-scale enterprise systems.
- Expert-level knowledge of Channel Industry and Solutions including cloud platforms, distributed systems, security, data management, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Field Services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver impactful results.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Verifiably successful professional Business-to-Business solutions selling experience with account planning skills and experience with up-sell and cross-sell strategies.
- Advance negotiation skills.
- Twenty plus years of experience working with Partners and Customers.
- Assessing, Designing, and/or Deploying Technology Solutions.
